Conference Finances

The Conference Committee has established a Subcommittee on Conference Finances, which is responsible for handling review and approval of budgets for financially sponsored conferences and assisting conference finance chairs with close out processes and budget issues. The Subcommittee on Conference Finances has a chair in charge of these duties, and a subcommittee membership as necessary. The subcommittee works to shorten the time required for conference approval.

The conference General Chair(s) should submit their proposed budget to the Vice President for Conferences using the QuickStart Excel form available from the IEEE Conference Committee webpage Application Packet for IEEE CIS Sponsored Conferences.
